Short Breaks available – Deposit £50

Booking Conditions

1. No pets. No Smoking
2. Bookings may be made by telephone but must be confirmed with a signed letter within 3 days.
3. A non refundable deposit of £100 is required when booking for a week (short breaks £50) payable to Mr J D Ruell. The outstanding balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. A receipt will be sent confirming your booking.
4. If the owner is prevented by circumstances beyond their control from making the accommodation available then they will refund all monies paid but no further liability will be accepted.
5. The number in the party must be stated and must not exceed the maximum of 5 people (+ baby) in the accommodation. Names and addresses of all occupants to be stated.
6. Care of accommodation. Guests are required to treat our accommodation with due care.
7. Cancellations – If you have to cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason please notify the owner in writing. All deposits are non-refundable unless the property can be re-let for the same time period. We therefore, recommend that you consider cancellation insurance to cover your visit.
8. Visitors welcome after 4 p.m. on day arrival. We request that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition and vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
